All packages are posted with insurance and tracking, a tracking number will be forwarded to you once the item has been despatched

within Australia goods usually arrived 1 to 3 days after despatch
to USA usually between 1 to 3 weeks
Europe usually between 1 to 2 weeks
All timings are approximate and cannot be guaranteed unless the buyer wishes to pay express postage at a much higher rate
The buyer is responsible for any custom taxes/charges in their own country.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns, if the item is damaged on arrival we will process a refund claim through the insurance cover of the carrier used and refund the purchase price when they resolve the situation.
